FriiMe – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the FriiMe mobile application (the “Service”) operated by Frii-World Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “us”), a company registered in the United Kingdom (Company Number: 07004520) with registered address at Unit 3 Redwing Court Business Centre, Ashton Road, Romford, Essex, England, RM3 8QQ.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

  1. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service and comply with all applicable laws regarding digital assets. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

  1. Licensing
  • The FriiMe App and all associated software, content, and materials are the exclusive property of Frii-World Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property laws.
    • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.
    • You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to gain unauthorized access to, or otherwise tamper with the App or any part of its code.
    • Any attempt to hack, bypass security features, or otherwise interfere with the App’s operation is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your access, civil liability, and/or criminal prosecution.
    • This license is provided free of charge, but remains subject to compliance with these Terms.
  1. Nature of the Service

FriiMe App provides the following features:
• Creation and management of accounts on the XRP Ledger (XRPL).
• Local generation and storage of cryptographic keys on your device.
• Facilitation of XRPL transactions.
• Data insights and activity-based recommendations.

Important: We do not hold or manage your cryptocurrency or tokens. We facilitate transactions and services but are not responsible for errors, losses, or failures.

  1. User Responsibilities
  • Private Keys: Your keys are generated and stored locally on your device, protected by PIN or biometric authentication. You are solely responsible for securing your keys. We do not store or have access to them.
    • Device Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. Loss of device, PIN, biometrics, or keys may result in permanent loss of assets.
    • Transactions: Verify all transaction details before confirming. We are not liable for incorrect transactions or failed XRPL operations.
    • Backup: You are responsible for securely backing up your recovery phrases or keys.
  1. Data Insights & Recommendations
  • We may provide analytics, insights, and recommendations based on your account activity.
    • While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee the correctness or completeness of this data.
    • Insights may be used to personalize your experience and improve our services.
  1. Blockchain Information & Risk Disclaimer
  • Information about blockchain technology, digital assets, token exchanges, and related services is for informational purposes only.
    • This information does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice.
    • All platform services, including sending, receiving or managing digital assets, are used entirely at your discretion and risk.
  1. Third-Party Services
  • Access to third-party services may require acceptance of their own terms and conditions.
    • We are not responsible for their functionality, security, or performance.
  1. No Financial Advice

We do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. Any information provided is for educational purposes only. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.

  1. No Guarantee of Availability

The Service may be interrupted by network failures, XRPL issues, payment delays, or other disruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• We are not liable for loss of cryptocurrency, tokens, or other assets due to theft, lost keys, incorrect transactions, XRPL malfunctions, merchant failures, coupon issues, or inaccuracies in data insights.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service without notice for violations of these Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Users must also comply with their local legislation regarding digital assets.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
